Participation Requirements

STEP 1: JOIN OUR COMMUNITY

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE YOUR TEAM
- You must have at least 5 eligible players on your team to register for the event.
- All players registered on the team must be 18 years or older. Any participants younger than 18 years of age are strictly prohibited to participate. If one of the players registered on a team is not 18 years of age, the entire team is not allowed to continue participation of the tournament.
- All players must participate on PC.

STEP 3: REGISTER YOUR TEAM
- Create your team on OPL
- Make sure all your teammates create an OPL account.
- Invite all your teammates to your OPL team
- Register your team for the event.

STEP 4: ELIGIBILITY
- Any player currently signed to a T1 NAL or LATAM organization is not allowed to participate in the event in any capacity (qualifiers, pugstacks, substitute player)

EVENT FORMAT

Alpha Stage:
During Days 1 and 2, the Swiss Stage consists of 8 BO1 games to be played.
Each team can only lose 4 games before getting eliminated.
Top 12 teams advance to Day 3

Day 3 consists of 12 teams in a single elimination bracket.
The top 4 teams from the 12 get a first-round bye.
The top 4 teams qualify for Beta Stage after completing a bracket.

Alpha Stage takes place over 2 weeks and allows 8 teams to qualify through 2 qualifiers.

Beta Stage:
16 teams play in a Buchholz Swiss Bracket over 12 playdays.
All Promotion and Elimination games are BO3, while all other games are BO1.

Gamma Stage:
An 8-team single elimination playoff bracket.
All games are BO3, with a BO5 Grand Final to determine the tournament winner.

COMPETITION DATES

Alpha Stage (Qualifiers) - 3 days each x2
Qualifier 1: June 16, 17, 18
Qualifier 2: June 23, 24, 25

Beta Stage (Swiss) - 12 days
Round One: July 5, 6
Round Two: July 7, 8
Round Three: July 11, 12, 13
Round Four: July 17, 18, 19
Round Five: July 20, 21

Gamma Stage (Playoffs) - 4 days
Quarterfinals: July 25 & 26
Semifinals: July 27
Grand Finals: July 28

NOTE:
This dates are non-negotiable. Teams are not allowed to reschedule games or pick different dates for their matches. All schedules will be created by event administration with the best account for all availabilities.
